Often, skincare products can affect the skin in ways not expected by the customer. To ensure that you are experiencing the proper outcome and not a problem requiring product return, please contact the customer support team at info@DrFreundskincare.com within 30 days of purchase with any questions or issues. We will he happy to discuss the best way to use each product and what you can expect from the product, with the goals of getting you the best looking skin.
If our suggestions don't resolve your concerns, we will be happy to work with you on alternative solutions, returns, or exchanges, as deemed necessary.
- All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Full refunds or store credits will be less the return shipping charges, unless the return is the result of damage goods.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all its components and must contain more than 50% of the products volume.
- While we happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase, we can only accept 2 individual returned products within a 365 day period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and whether or not a refund has been approved.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: DrFreund Skincare, 170 East End Avenue, New York, NY 10128. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, shipping times for exchanged products may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
